Responsibilities:
Assisted with logging client payments and maintaining related records.
Supported the timely preparation and distribution of invoices.
Helped compile account statements for internal use and reporting.
Provided administrative support for processing payments to vendors and external contacts.
Participated in setting up new accounts and organizing historical account information.
Worked with team members across departments to help streamline financial processes.
Maintained data accuracy in the financial system through regular updates.
Carried out routine bank reconciliation tasks under guidance.
Monitored and tracked overdue balances for follow-up and documentation.Essential:
Proven experience in an accounts, finance, or administrative support role.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Effective communication skills for liaising with both internal teams and external contacts.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
