Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with day-to-day accounts administration
Handling inbound and outbound phone calls confidently
Supporting credit control activities, including chasing outstanding payments
General administrative support as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in an accounts or finance-related role
Confident telephone manner
Some experience in credit control is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
