Job Description
Accounts Assistant required on a temporary basis for a period of 12 weeks with the opportunity to turn into a permanent role. You'll be supporting a small but busy team, full-time based in Dyce.
Hours: 8.30-5 Monday - Friday
£14 per hour - £15.30 per hour
What you'll be responsible for:
Manual processing of invoices and expense transactions
Processing invoices based on technicians timesheets
Processing contractor invoices
Getting expenses pre-authorised
Collating and billing the end client
Operating excel, internal timesheet software and Sage50
Working in partnership with the wider team to ensure a smooth service to the end client
What you'll come with to be successful:
Previous experience working in finance, in particular accounts payable
High attention to detail
Team player
