Our small, friendly, Rugby based client is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their small team.
Main tasks:
* Purchase and Sales Ledger
* Monthly bank reconciliations and balance to trial balance
* Compile monthly sales figures
* Make foreign payments
* Balancing petty cash
* Taking phone calls from suppliers
* Deal with invoices and Purchase orders
* Resolve stock queries
* Complete costing forms on Excel
* Responding to emails
* General admin tasks
Person Spec
* Must have previous Sage experience
* At least 2 years accounts experience
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
* Flexible approach
* Must be able to work to deadlines
* Organised and methodical
* A good sense of humour essential!
