Temp accounts admin position to cover sick leave
Position will be for 4-6 weeks, with immediate start
Hours 20 hours
Monday 9 am-1pm
1. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4 hours between 9am -4.30pm we’re flexible, this can fit around schools or other commitments.
However it needs to be chosen set hours, allowing us to know when you are in the office to cover meetings, staff absenses, meetings and cover phones and reception area.

Person must have experience In Sage line 50 Accounting.
* Job role will be processing Sales & Purchase ledger invoices We departmentalize and use nominal codes.
* Sage stock inputting and manually adjusting stock
* Must have good knowledge on Microsoft excel – data inputting of records in excel from manual sheets.
* Scanning documents and sending on to customers,
* Answering and routing calls
* Answering reception if visitors come or delivery drivers
£13.34 per hour
