Job Description

Accounts Administrator Our Hereford based client is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join them on a full-time, fixed term contract basis, 6-12 months. The successful candidate will provide invoicing and general administrative support to the busy finance department. You can expect: * Pay rate: £12.82 per hour * Working hours: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week) * Duration: 3month short term contract * Office based with parking on site * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata) * Pension: 6% company contribution What you will be doing: * Accounts payable and accounts receivable - invoice processing * Expenses review and processing * Reviewing administration email inbox –require translation of documents (through Google translate) What we are looking for: * Experienced in Microsoft Excel * Prior administration experience is essential * Experienced within a finance function preferred * Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills * Good level of both written and verbal English language Recruitment Direct are working as an employment business in relation this vacancy, you must be able to prove your legal right to work in the UK to apply
