Job Description

Berry Recruitment are looking for a part time Accounts Assistant for a client based in Kings Lynn.

You will be required to support the team in all account administration duties and therefore have experience with using Excel and Sage Account software.

You will be required to:

Inputting data from multiple sources into existing Excel spread sheets
Producing reports from Excel and checking to ensure data is correct
Processing supplier invoices on Sage and reconciling supplier statements
Raising sales invoices in Sage
Answering the telephone
General administrative tasks including filing, photocopying and scanning
Completing other paperwork as required 

Working hours are- Monday to Friday- minimum of 20 hours per week but could be flexible.

£13.00-£14.00 per hour DOE

Permanent position with an immediate start
