Accounts Assistant (Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities)

Crawley Down Area | Office-Based | £28,000 (Pro Rata for Part-Time)

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to build or further develop your career in accounts and administration? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful and well-established main dealer business for two Accounts Assistant positions to join their friendly finance team.

With a supportive team environment, excellent company benefits and genuine opportunities for development, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with accounts experience or a strong administrative background looking to move into finance.

Available Positions

Full-Time

  * Monday to Friday

  * Flexible start and finish times:

      * 8:00am – 5:00pm

      * 8:30am – 5:30pm

      * 9:00am – 6:00pm

Part-Time

  * 24–30 hours per week

  * Flexible working pattern available

  * Salary pro rata

Key Responsibilities

  * Processing invoices and purchase ledger transactions

  * Reconciling accounts and assisting with month-end processes

  * Managing financial records and maintaining accurate documentation

  * Supporting the wider finance team with administrative duties

  * Handling supplier queries and liaising with internal departments

  * General office and accounts administration

About You

  * Previous accounts experience is desirable

  * Strong administrative experience will also be considered

  * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  * Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office

  * Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  * Able to work effectively as part of a team
