This is a brilliant opportunity for someone starting their AAT journey or with existing finance/admin experience who’s ready to grow in a supportive, environment.
About the Role
In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll provide essential financial and administrative support across the business. Working closely with the Finance Manager and wider team, you’ll help maintain the smooth running of day-to-day operations and contribute to the company’s continued success. Responsibilities will include:
Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly accounts
Import CRM data into the accounting system
Manage and maintain financial records and filing systems
Support with purchase orders, stock invoices, and supplier payments
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice/payment queries
Provide general admin support including import clearances and invoice processing
Ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance at all times
What We’re Looking For
This role would suit a proactive and detail-focused individual who’s either:
Experienced in a similar finance or administrative role, or
Starting out on an AAT qualification journey and eager to learn
Essential Skills & Attributes:
Strong attention to detail and highly organised
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
Numerate with sound understanding of financial processes
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Confident dealing with senior managers and confidential data
Computer literate with accounting software experience
