35hrs per week, based fully in the office
Working as part of a small and friendly team in the heart of Kirkcaldy.
Duties and responsibilities:
Purchase ledger
Bank reconciliations
Raising and matching POs
Credit control
Spreadsheet management
Reports for the Finance Manager
Administrative support to the wider team - ad-hocWho we are looking for:
MS Office skills, Sage or Xero preferred
High attention to detail
Experience across both purchase ledger and credit control essential
Good team player
