We’re looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join our client's friendly and fast-paced team in Haverhill.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
*
Managing day-to-day finance tasks including purchase and sales ledger
*
Reconciling bank and supplier accounts with accuracy and precision
*
Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting
*
Supporting VAT return preparation
*
Keeping financial records up to date and compliant
*
Working closely with colleagues and external suppliers to resolve queries
*
Providing general administrative support to the finance team
✅ What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a similar finance/accounts role

Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software
*
High attention to detail and excellent organisation

Proactive, reliable, and a real team player

AAT qualified or working towards it (preferred, not essential)
