Alcester
£13.50 - £15.50 per hour DOE

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Accounts Assistant to join a finance office based in Alcester. As a distributor supplying goods into manufacturing sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics & Defence, this is a great opportunity to join a fantastic finance team that is extremely friendly and great to work with.
What’s on offer?
* Start Date ASAP
* Temporary Contract – approx. 4 weeks, may be extended
* Office Based – Own transport essential due to location
* Will consider Part Time- & Full-Time hours
What will you do as Accounts Assistant?
* Reconciling Supplier Statements / Accounts
* Processing Supplier Invoices
* Purchase Ledger / Sales Ledger / Credit Control
* Processing payments runs
* Ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Finance Department
* Perform ongoing housekeeping activities to maintain clean ledgers at all time
What do you need as Accounts Assistant?
* Previous experience within a similar position
* AAT Level 2 minimum qualification
* Own transport due to location (no public transport access)Before You Apply
