CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a supportive and expanding business located on the outskirts of Chichester, West Sussex. Following a departmental restructure, the company is seeking a temporary Accounts Assistant with a focus on the sales ledger to provide support for three months.
This role plays a key part in the finance function, primarily involving the raising and processing of sales invoices and contributing to effective cash flow management.
What will the temporary Accounts Assistant-Sales Ledger role involve?
Processing sales invoices, copy invoices and credit notes.
Processing bank receipts and allocating to customers.
Update Excel schedule of sales.
Following up on overdue debt and invoice dispute management.
Processing purchase invoices.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant-Sales Ledger vacancy:
A collaborative working ethos.
Good verbal and written skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
IT skills, including MS Excel and standard accounting.
