Title: Accounts / Bookkeeper - AAT Qualified Essential!
Salary: £35,000 - £40,0000 per annum Pro-rata(25 hours a week)
Hours can be flexible; Monday - Friday; including school hours. Hybrid / Remote with regular meetings.
You must be a driver due to the location of the office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
Process sales and purchase invoices
Using Zero software
Printing and filing invoices.
Producing Management Accounts
Managing Weekly Monthly payroll
You must possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
Worked in a Finance Department
Attention to detail and strong data analysis abilities are essential
Previous experience in an administrative and financial role is essential
A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are crucial
Excellent communication skills
