Working for the UK base of a global manufacturing business, you will join a growing, diverse and highly social business who recognise and value their employees. With a very low staff turnover, this role is brand new and part of their expansion plans. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their skills in accounting and finance within a nurturing environment.
You will report in to the Senior Management team and will be involved with the following:
•Fleet administration
•Facilities contracts
•Fixed asset monthly reports
•Month end tasks on Excel
•Import/export documentation
•Debt management
•Data input onto Sage 200
•Petty cash reconciliation
•Currency checks
Once you have bedded in, you will have more responsibility for accounting functions and other associated tasks
To be considered for this role, you must have proven the following within the workplace
•A proactive and detail-oriented working methodology
•Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
•Excellent organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Dependable, results-driven, and eager to contribute to team success.
•Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
•Efficient use of Sage 200 & MS Excel
