Based in the heart of Liverpool city centre, their young, ambitious team is driving the business forward – and now they're looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to be a key part of their journey.
This isn’t just about managing numbers; it’s about building relationships. You’ll work closely with clients to provide a service that’s as personal as it is professional, while helping shape the future of their growing Accounts team.
Role Responsibilities:-
Lead and mentor a talented accounts team
Review financial statements, working papers, and reports for accuracy
Manage workloads and running weekly team updates
Act as the main point of contact for the team & clients, building strong relationships
Monitor budgets and drive efficiencies
Stay ahead of evolving financial reporting standards
Support business development and spot new opportunities
Role Requirements:-
ACA/ACCA qualified with ideally 2–5+ years’ post-qualified experience
Commercially aware, organised, and able to prioritise competing demands
A proactive communicator who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines
Previous UK practice experience is essential
