What will your day-to-day look like?
You'll work closely with the Finance Manager, taking charge of:
Managing a busy purchase ledger, ensuring accurate, timely invoice processing and supplier payments
Building strong supplier relationships and maintaining clear communication
Assisting with month-end reporting, reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments
Helping identify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls and streamline operations
Collaborating across finance and operational teams, keeping things aligned and efficient
What about you?
You're experienced in managing complex purchase ledgers and enjoy keeping things accurate, organised, and running smoothly. You're comfortable handling high volumes, have great communication skills, and Excel is your second language.
Studying for your AAT? Great, they'll fully support you. Qualified by experience? Equally great, as long as you're keen to keep learning.
