Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator (Temporary Contract) Location: Hybrid – 2/3 Days in Office - B98 (Mondays & Tuesdays, with potential for Wednesdays) Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week (8:45 AM – 5:00 PM, 45-minute lunch break) Rate: £12.21 per hour Contract Length: 4 to 6 Months SAP Knowledge Required Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our clients finance team on a temporary basis. This full-time role is ideal for someone with previous SAP experience and a strong focus on data accuracy and efficiency. Hybrid working will be offered once comfortable with role. The position will be primarily office-based 2–3 days per week, with Mondays and Tuesdays required and Wednesdays as needed. Key Responsibilities: Accurate and timely input of invoices and financial documents into the SAP system Support the wider accounts payable team with administrative tasks Assist in maintaining and updating financial records Liaise with internal departments to ensure proper document handling Monitor email inboxes and respond to supplier queries as required Adhere to company processes and compliance standards Requirements: Proven experience with SAP in an accounts payable or finance environment Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organisational and time management skills Comfortable working in a hybrid environment This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a well-established organisation.
