Accounts Payable Assistant | £28,000 – £32,000 | Full-Time | Onsite
Rutland
We’re looking for a detail-driven Accounts Payable Assistant to join the Finance Team at its head office. If you have a passion for numbers, strong Sage 50 & Excel skills, and 2+ years’ experience in AP or credit control, this is your chance to grow in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Supplier reconciliations
Credit control and customer account management
Bank & PDQ reconciliations
Support month-end processes and financial reporting
Maintain accurate financial records
Assist with process improvements and internal efficiency
What You’ll Need:
Accounting qualification (AAT or working towards ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
Experience with Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
