This permanent position involves working within an accounting & finance department to support financial operations across France and the UK. Description The responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk: Process and manage accounts payable invoices with accuracy and timeliness. Communicate with French-speaking suppliers to resolve queries and discrepancies. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures in all transactions. Prepare and maintain accounts payable records for auditing purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile payment issues. Support the month-end closing process with relevant documentation. Assist with payment runs and ensure correct currency allocations. Update and maintain supplier accounts in the accounting system.Profile A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have: Proficiency in both French and English for effective communication.
