Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk will;
Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Handle queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
Assist in month-end closing by providing accounts payable reports and data.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all transactions.
Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and company procedures.Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance-related role within industrial/manufacturing.
Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
Solid understanding of financial processes and regulations.
