Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our clients Finance team, supporting European entities and contributing to exciting upcoming projects including:
E-invoicing rollout in January 2026.
New system implementation to streamline payment processes.
Expense approvals via SAP ConcurYou will be part of a collaborative team of four, working in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment that values innovation and people development.
Your Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices and credit notes.
Approve expenses using SAP Concur
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries.
Liaise with stakeholders across multiple sites.
Maintain finance inbox and admin tasks.
Download invoices from portals.
Post invoicesWhat We are Looking For:
Minimum 2 year's experience in Accounts Payable
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsLocation: Knowlhill, Milton Keynes (Hybrid working with 3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £27,000pa
