Description
Process and verify invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions within the accounting system.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Assist with month-end closing processes as required.
Support the preparation of financial reports and documents.
Communicate effectively with suppliers to address payment inquiries.
Ensure timely payment of invoices to maintain supplier relationships.
Contribute to the improvement of accounts payable processes where needed.
