Accounts Payable Assistant
Glasgow 
£27,800 + bonus

I'm looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our client's Head Office team in Glasgow. This is a key role, ensuring that all invoicing and related reporting across the Group is accurate and delivered to strict deadlines.

Key responsibilities

Ensure accurate processing of invoices for payment and update ledgers.
Maintain supplier records and reconcile their statements
Build relationships with suppliers and work to tight deadlines.
Work with depots to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner
Work as part of a busy team
Adhoc duties as requiredWhat we're looking for

✔ Previous experience in a high-volume finance role
 ✔ Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
 ✔ Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
 ✔ Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
