Description

Process, verify, and reconcile supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and update accounts payable records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Respond to supplier queries and resolve payment discrepancies effectively.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Assist with month-end financial reporting and reconciliations.
Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit purposes.
