Description

The key responsiblities of the Accounts Payable Specialist will be:

Process and manage accounts payable transactions efficiently.
Ensure the accuracy of invoices and payment records.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
Prepare and maintain reports related to accounts payable and receivable activities.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve payment or billing inquiries.
Support the accounting and finance team with additional administrative tasks as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulationsProfile

A successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have:

Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
