Morgan Mckinley is looking for an experienced Accounts & Payroll Assistant to work for a lovely company in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The finance role will be working closely with the Finance Manager, supporting with everyday accounting duties, invoices, expenses, payments and also support payroll admin. This is a lovely varied Finance admin and payroll support job opportunity to start ASAP initially on a temp basis with a possible view to going permanent.
Pay rate: £15-17 per hour + hols
Location: Hybrid working - Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri
Accounts & Payroll duties:
Raising invoices and credit notes
Processing payments
Supporting with the monthly payroll process
Checking and getting approval of approving expenses
Handling payroll queries
General admin support if requestedSkills and experience required:
Proven experience working in a similar Accounts - Finance / Bookkeeping type role and have proven payroll admin exp
Attention to detail ad flexible working approach
Good IT skills
