Accounts Receivable Clerk
Up to £35,000 per annum
Monday – Friday, Office Based
Southam, Warwickshire

If so, this could be a brilliant next step. We’re supporting a Southam‑based business seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their friendly, collaborative finance department. This is a permanent, office‑based role offering stability, development, and a great benefits package.

So what would you be doing?
– Raising and issuing customer invoices accurately and on time
– Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
– Chasing outstanding debt and managing the aged debtor report
– Investigating and resolving customer queries promptly
– Preparing statements and sending regular account updates
– Supporting month‑end processes and reporting
– Maintaining organised financial records and documentation
– Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication
