Description
Process and manage accounts receivable transactions accurately and promptly.
Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies with customers or internal teams.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining positive client relations.
Prepare and maintain detailed financial records and reports.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have:
A good knowledge of raising sales invoices
Knowledge of allocating cash
Ideally have your own transport
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
