Accounts Semi Senior – Join a Practice with Personality!
Alcester £30,000 to £35,000 DOE
Full-time,
Permanent
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility)
Hybrid
1 day working from home after probation
Office-based in Alcester
Free on-site parking
22 days holiday + bank holidays
Birthday off
+1 extra day per year of service, 30 days Max

This opportunity is ideal for an AAT qualified or part-qualified (Level 4 ideally) Accounts Semi Senior looking to join a supportive and growing practice.
What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing and reviewing financial statements
Assisting with statutory accounts preparation and review
Managing VAT returns and supporting with CIS schemes
AP & AR Transactions
Supporting tax preparation and submissions
Carrying out financial analysis and providing meaningful insights to clients
Building strong client relationships and supporting review meetings
Working with FRS102 clients within a specialist market
Supporting internal process improvements and general practice duties
We are keen to speak with
AAT qualified (or part-qualified considered)
Accountancy Practice Experience
Experience with VAT and ideally CIS
Portfolio management
Strong communication skills
Xero Software
