Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Senior (Temporary 6-Month Contract)
Location: Bridgend
About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Accounts Senior to join our team on a temporary 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accounts and tax returns for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare financial statements and accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
* Complete and file tax returns for individuals and businesses
* Liaise with clients and respond to their queries in a timely manner
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks as required
* Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current legislation and best practices
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet deadlines
Requirements:
* Previous experience in preparing accounts and tax returns
* Strong understanding of current accounting and tax regulations
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., AAT, ACCA, ACA) preferred
