Accounts Software Support/Implementation Consultant – Accounting Software (office/field based, covering London and the surrounding area)
Diskel Limited are a leading consultancy practice providing a range of operational and accounts software services. We currently have a vacancy for an Accounts Software Support/Implementation Consultant to join our team.
Initially you will be office based while you are trained in the core product ranges that Diskel offer, including Pegasus Opera and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Eventually this job will split between time spent on site, in a customer facing role undertaking full end to end implementations, and time on our support desk.
Once fully trained as a Consultant, you will play a lead role within our consultancy team and take ownership and responsibility for managing the project milestones and procedures. Using your strong understanding of customers’ business needs, you will provide support on our range of accounting software.
When working on the Support Desk your main role will be to solve support queries from customers, this will involve investigation work and problem analysis to be able to resolve the query in a timely fashion. You must be able to prioritise these calls to ensure that our service level agreements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Pegasus Opera 3, including diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
* Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are being met and provide training/support as needed
* Capability to manage workloads and projects
Requirements:
* A good understanding of Accounts or Accounting Systems
* Experience in a client facing role would be advantageous but not essential
* Customer service experience would be advantageous
* A good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
