Job Description
An outsourcing business in Gloucester (hybrid working offered) is currently recruiting an Accounts Supervisor to join their team.

Duties will include:
* Primary point of contact for specified client base, reviewing and providing required analysis on their accounts
* Liaise with the team to ensure reports are tailored to clients’ needs
* Oversee and mentor junior members of staff ensuring all work correct and On time
* Manage full period-end closure procedure
* Provide training and advice for team members
* Assist with ongoing process improvements within the team
The successful candidate will ideally be fully ACA/ACCA qualified and worked within an accounting environment with client interaction. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also essentialBefore You Apply
