Overview
As an Experienced Acoustic Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality acoustic consultancy services. You will work on a diverse range of projects, focusing on building and environmental acoustics. This position offers the chance to contribute to innovative solutions while working alongside industry experts.
Responsibilities
Conduct acoustic assessments and provide technical advice on building and environmental acoustics projects.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to deliver integrated solutions.
Perform noise and vibration measurements, analysis, and modelling.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Manage client relationships and contribute to business development activities.
Qualifications
A degree in Acoustics, Environmental Science, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in building and environmental acoustics.
Proficiency in acoustic modelling software and measurement tools.
Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Day-to-Day
Conduct site visits to perform noise and vibration measurements.
Analyse data and prepare technical reports for clients.
Collaborate with project teams to provide acoustic design solutions.
Attend client meetings and provide expert advice on acoustic matters.
