Our client is now looking for an Acrylic Fabricator. About the Role This role sits within a leading creative production company specialising in project management, creative and technical design, artworking, digital content, print, experiential brand activation, and sustainable creative production. The Acrylic Fabricator is responsible for the precise cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing of acrylic materials to produce high-quality components and products for commercial, retail, and bespoke applications. This position demands a strong eye for detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Core Knowledge Base * Strong working knowledge of CAD software or Adobe Creative Suite. * Understanding of fabrication systems, policies, and workshop procedures. * Excellent awareness of materials, sustainability, and waste management best practices. Key Responsibilities * Manage all acrylic fabrication projects, including design, machining, building, and assembly. * Ensure high-quality control throughout all production stages. * Operate laser cutters, routers, and other machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety. * Maintain tools, filters, and machinery in excellent working condition. * Oversee procurement of materials and communicate stock requirements promptly. * Promote and uphold Health & Safety standards across all work areas. * Support and train team members in safe and effective fabrication techniques. * Organise daily workshop tasks to meet production schedules and deadlines. * Perform additional duties as required by management. Additional Responsibilities * Follow and promote all Health & Safety procedures and sustainability policies. * Act as an ambassador for sustainable operations and responsible manufacturing.
