Job Title: Acrylic Supervisor
Location: Loughborough
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm and Friday, 7:30am - 12:30am 

Pay: £16 per hour

The Acrylic Supervisor Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the acrylics machine shop and ensure safety and quality standards.
Program, set up, and operate CNC and manual equipment for acrylic machining.
Fabricate prototypes and production parts, including cutting, bonding, and finishing.
Train and support team members while managing workflow and scheduling.
Troubleshoot issues, inspect parts, and maintain efficient, organized shop processes. 

About You:

Team leading/ Supervising experience
Acrylic fabrication experience (Line bending & Syringe glueing)
CNC programming (Not essential)
