We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and creative Activities Assistant to join a supportive elderly care setting. This role is ideal for someone with a support or care background who is passionate about enhancing the lives of older adults through engaging, person-centred activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and deliver a variety of stimulating daily activities
· Encourage participation and social engagement among residents
· Adapt activities to meet varying needs and mobility levels
· Help maintain a warm, inclusive and uplifting environment
Requirements:
· Previous experience in care or support work
· Creative, enthusiastic and organised
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Enhanced DBS required
