This is an award winning Residential Care Home, one of the top rated in the North West.
You will be working in a fantastic 36 Bed Residential Care Home on the North Shore for a charitable organisation who put the needs of the residents and its staff first. Whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes.
Details
* Great location for Public Transport and Free Parking.
* PART TIME – 30 hours per week. (4 x 9am-4.30pm).
* You must have experience of planning activities for elderly residents in a care home setting.
Overview
* We are currently recruiting for an Activities Coordinator to join our team and to work within the Home to provide activity opportunities for our residents.
* You will be responsible for planning and running a programme of activities for the residents linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans.
* You will also be responsible for maintaining and promoting activities that older people enjoy and find stimulating.
* Your ability to design and facilitate group activities is essentialBefore You Apply
