You’ll work closely with our residents and their families to design exciting, personalised activity programmes that cater to every personality, passion, and ability. Whether it’s arranging a lively quiz night, a quiet art session, or an outing to the local theatre, your days will be filled with variety, purpose, and the chance to make a genuine difference.

Develop imaginative, fun, and inclusive activity programmes tailored to individual interests

Build meaningful relationships with residents and families to understand personal stories and preferences
