Salary: Β£14.10 per hour (Β£27,495 per annum) plus benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Driving Licence: Manual UK licence essential

π¬ Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
π§βPrevious experience running a day centre for adults with complex needs and disabilities
π§β Previous experience managing a team
π A valid manual UK driving licence
π‘ The legal right to live and work in the UK

Supporting daily routines β from morning support to bedtime
π¨ Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing
π Contributing to tailored support plans
π¬ Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
π Managing a team, writing reports and managing staff reviews and 1-1 meetings.
