Our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Production industry, is seeking a passionate and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic team! This permanent position offers you the opportunity to make a real impact while working with cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional technical support in relation to Adhesive Application to our UK & European distributor network through phone, email, and in-person visits
Conduct training sessions and joint customer visits to ensure our partners are well-equipped
Develop and implement testing programmes while maintaining a central knowledge database for easy access
Handle technical inquiries via the helpline and tech support inbox, ensuring prompt resolutions
Prepare engaging presentations and materials for webinars and training sessions
Tackle product quality complaints with professionalism and efficiency
What We're Looking For:
A degree in Material or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Experience in adhesives, sealants, coatings, or paints is a plus
Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite and excellent communication skills
A full driving licence and availability for approximately 15-20% travel
Additional language skills are highly desirable!
