Empowering Learning are excited to assist a partnership secondary school in Stockton with the recruitment of General Cover Supervisors for ad hoc supply starting immediately
Position Details:
Role: General Cover Supervisor
Location: Stockton
Timings: 8:30 AM - 15.30 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Role Expectations:
A successful Cover Supervisor will:
Build a strong rapport with students quickly
Remain calm, confident, and engaging in unfamiliar settings
Cover a variety of subjects using pre-prepared resources
Maintain class discipline and keep students focused on their learning objectives
Good communicator
Engage with the students Cover Supervisors are essential in maintaining the continuity of students' education during short-term teacher absences.
Requirements:
Ability to motivate and manage students effectively
Dedication to creating a positive and productive classroom environment
Hold a degree in any subject
