Admin Assistant
Location: Catterrick
Pay: £14.70 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Duration: 18 months
We are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to support our team with candidate and subcontractor clearances. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail.
Duties will include:
Assisting with the vetting and clearance process for candidates and subcontractors
Checking and processing ID documents and right-to-work documentation
Managing and maintaining accurate electronic records and databases
Requesting and chasing outstanding clearance documents
Ensuring all documentation is compliant with company procedures
Communicating with candidates, subcontractors, and internal teams to support the onboarding process
Requirements:
Previous administration experience preferred
Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentThis is a long-term 18-month opportunity offering 40 hours per week and a competitive £14.70 PAYE rate.
