Job Description

Administrative Assistant - Demand Planning Team

Location: HU1

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Contract: 6‑month temporary role

Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week (08:30-17:00, 1‑hour unpaid lunch)

We are urgently seeking a reliable, experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Demand Planning team. This is a key role requiring someone who is accurate, organised, and committed - someone who takes pride in delivering consistent, high‑quality admin support.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills who enjoy working in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate, efficient administrative support to the Demand Planning team
Maintain and update internal systems and spreadsheets
Assist with documentation, reports, and planning activities
Communicate professionally with internal teams
Handle data entry with high levels of accuracy
Support general office and team administration as required

Preferred Skills & Experience

Strong, proven admin background (essential)
Good attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
Experience with SAP IBP is highly desirable, but not essential

Working Hours

Monday - Friday
08:30 - 17:00
37.5 hours per week (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Part‑time may be considered for an exceptional candidate, but full‑time is preferred
