Job Description

The Business Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the Commercial and Technical teams for site projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and other team members, they will ensure smooth project operations through efficient communication and data management. THE ROLE: Assist the technical team in preparing site files and health & safety documents. Maintain the subcontractor database and facilitate the onboarding process for new subcontractors. Procure goods and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Accurately input data into internal and external systems. Scan and upload project documents to SharePoint. Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally. Generate reports and maintain both digital and physical filing systems. Use of Canva THE CANDIDATE: Proven administrative or assistant experience. Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritisation skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Strong teamwork and communication skills (telephone, email, Microsoft Teams, and face-to-face). Professional, helpful, and supportive attitude. Ability to work well under pressure. High integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, and general web applications. Canva experience This role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
