Job Advertisement: Admin Support Specialist - Bicester Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic role in supply chain administration? Our client, based in Bicester, is seeking a proactive Admin Support Specialist to join their team full-time, working Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for orders and deliveries, ensuring smooth coordination. Process return and build orders, managing uploads with accuracy and efficiency. Support the supply chain team in day-to-day administrative tasks. Establish and maintain effective, productive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders. About You: Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. Solid Excel skills are ESSENTIAL for this role. The position will heavily involve working with spreadsheets. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in relevant software and systems for order processing and data management.
