We are delighted to be working with a forward thinking and innovative engineering business in Witney who are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant within a temporary to permanent to ensure a smooth running of the business, assisting with administration, procurement and compliance.
As the Administration Assistant, you will be working a 37.5 hour week, over Monday to Friday and will be reporting to the Executive Assistant. This role will be temporary for 1 month, with the view to become permanent after.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
. Providing office management and general administration to the office, including assisting with compliance and procurements
. Assisting the Administration Team with reports, projects and presentations
. Being the first point of contact for visitors and clients
. Sorting invoices and PO numbers
The ideal candidate will be:
. Communicative, self-motivated and organised qualities
. Strong experience in administration or office management is essential
. Able to use their initiative
. IT Literate and confident in using Microsoft Packages
