We are looking to recruit for a strong administrator to commit to 2 months works from June 19th till August 19th Inclusive.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator to join our client's team. In this varied role, you will be the main point of contact for subject-related queries, offering advice and ensuring a high standard of customer service. You will support company, manage web pages, prepare and proofread key materials, and coordinate training and conferences.
Your responsibilities will also include assisting with the development of qualifications, collating feedback from centres, and supporting project work. Effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.
Skills needed are:
Planning and organising skills, with the confidence to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good time-management skills with the ability to independently organise your workload.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to apply these to proof-reading tasks.
Strong IT skills, including MS Office, with evidenced ability to be able to learn new/bespoke software.
Prior experience working as part of a team.
Previous experience working in an administrative/office environment.
Experience of working in a customer services role, supporting a diverse range of individuals who have varying levels of understanding of the subject matter.
Experience of event planning, either in person or online.
