Key Responsibilities

Lead, support and develop a small team of Administrators

Manage day-to-day office operations and customer enquiries

Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing

Produce and maintain reports, schedules, and delivery updates using Sage 50 and Excel
*
Support continuous improvement and maintain excellent customer service standards
About You

Previous experience leading or supervising a small team
*
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
*
Confident working with Sage 50 (or similar) and Microsoft Office
