Description Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Coordinate schedules and organise meetings, including preparing necessary documentation. Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both digital and physical. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required. Handle incoming communications and distribute them appropriately. Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
